Every solo order runs behind Offline Mode + Advanced VPN, included free: your status shows offline and your booster connects from the endpoint closest to you. Credentials are encrypted at rest and only the assigned booster can reveal them. We have never used third-party software on a customer account and never will.

Duo costs more than solo because the booster is carrying a passenger they cannot control, and it is the only mode where Elements of Coaching applies: you can ask why they are doing what they are doing, mid-game.

Yes. Tap the heart on a booster's profile to save them as a favourite. When you fill in the account details for your next order, the "Request a booster" field lists your favourites first. The order is held for the booster you pick until they accept it.

Role preferences are free. A pool of four or more champions is free; naming one, two or three adds 10%, because it narrows the games your booster can queue into. Enable "Choose your Champions" to set the pool and see the updated total before paying. Preferences depend on picks, bans and the available roles.

Your order page shows status, booster chat and available match history. During an active order, Pairly checks your account every two minutes while new games are coming in, and less often, up to once an hour, while it is idle; Riot API availability can delay an update. Rank-based orders also show SP progress. Leveling and mastery orders track their own targets rather than a ranked climb.

Message your booster from the order chat and pause it — a paused order stops immediately and nothing further is played on the account. Changes to rank targets or add-ons after work has started are handled case by case by support, and unstarted orders are refunded in full.
