You pay per division, and each division costs more the higher it sits on the ladder. Today Silver IV to Gold IV costs €23.83 solo or €35.51 duo, and Gold IV to Platinum IV costs €40.26 solo. Those totals include the automatic 20% campaign discount and the service fee (list price €28.41 for the first solo climb). Duo costs more than solo. Add-ons such as Express Priority, and naming a pool of fewer than four champions, change the total. The calculator above shows the exact price for your ranks before you pay.

The calculator estimates it from the number of divisions and the SP you already have: Silver IV to Gold IV is 22–29 hours, and Gold IV to Platinum IV is 26–34 hours. Duo estimates run a little longer than solo. Express Priority shortens the estimate. The window for your ranks is shown next to the price before you pay.

Start time depends on your rank, region and the available booster. Check with support before paying if you need a specific start time. Express Priority raises assignment priority; your dashboard shows when a booster claims the order.

Every solo order runs behind Offline Mode + Advanced VPN, included free: your status shows offline and your booster connects from the endpoint closest to you. Credentials are encrypted at rest and only the assigned booster can reveal them. We have never used third-party software on a customer account and never will.

Yes — switch the order to DUO and your booster queues alongside you instead of signing in. Duo costs more than solo because the booster is carrying a passenger they cannot control, and it is the only mode where Elements of Coaching applies: you can ask why they are doing what they are doing, mid-game.

Yes. Tap the heart on a booster's profile to save them as a favourite. When you fill in the account details for your next order, the "Request a booster" field lists your favourites first. The order is held for the booster you pick until they accept it.

Role preferences are free. A pool of four or more champions is free; naming one, two or three adds 10%, because it narrows the games your booster can queue into. Enable "Choose your Champions" to set the pool and see the updated total before paying. Preferences depend on picks, bans and the available roles.

Your order page shows status, booster chat and available match history. During an active order, Pairly checks your account every two minutes while new games are coming in, and less often, up to once an hour, while it is idle; Riot API availability can delay an update. Rank-based orders also show SP progress. Leveling and mastery orders track their own targets rather than a ranked climb.

Message your booster from the order chat and pause it — a paused order stops immediately and nothing further is played on the account. Changes to rank targets or add-ons after work has started are handled case by case by support, and unstarted orders are refunded in full.
