PAIRLY: TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms define how Pairly services can be used, including accounts, orders, payments, communication, moderation, and connected systems.

Terms of Service

Legal20 September, 2026

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of Pairly services, including the website, account systems, boosting order flows, Duo Finder features, Discord integrations, and administration workflows.

By creating an account, placing an order, publishing Duo Finder content, or using connected systems, you agree to these Terms and related policies (including the Privacy Policy).

2. Accounts, Roles, and Access Security

Users can access Pairly through available sign-in methods (including local credentials and supported identity providers where enabled).

You are responsible for account credentials, linked third-party accounts, and activity performed under your account.

Pairly may limit, suspend, or terminate access where abuse, fraud risk, unauthorized access attempts, policy breaches, or legal obligations require intervention.

Where a solo boosting order requires game account credentials, those credentials are stored encrypted and bound to the individual order, can be revealed only to the booster assigned to that order and only while the order is active, and are deleted within 24 hours of delivery. Each reveal and the deletion are written to the order history, which remains available to you after the credentials themselves are gone.

Boosters assigned to a solo order are instructed to play the order and nothing else: to keep the account set to appear offline, to connect through the regional endpoint nearest you, and not to use in-game chat or to send or accept friend requests from your account. These are service instructions issued on the booster order board; they are not technically enforced by the game client, and Pairly does not monitor or record in-game activity.

3. Boosting Orders and Service Delivery

Pairly supports boosting-related digital services with structured order lifecycle states (for example pending payment, in progress, paused, completed, cancelled, refunded, and expired).

Order scope, options, and add-ons are shown in checkout and order details. Delivery can include chat-based coordination and optional Discord-assisted session flows where offered.

Order completion, pause/resume operations, reassignments, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to platform rules, fraud controls, and moderation decisions.

Until a booster is assigned to your order, you may request a full refund from the order page without giving a reason. Once an order is in progress you may pause it, and where a booster is assigned you may request a different one; reassignment is carried out by Pairly rather than performed directly by you.

Where Pairly has not assigned a booster within 24 hours of a successful payment, you are refunded in full to your original payment method. You may instead choose a compensation voucher worth more than the order, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy; the refund remains available to you until you accept that voucher, and it is what we issue if you do not reply.

Cancellations, refunds, the right of withdrawal, and the compensation voucher are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms and which you accept at checkout.

Where an order is delivered short of the rank range purchased, the undelivered portion is refunded. The delivered portion is measured against the per-game rank record synchronised from the game publisher API for that order, not against a self-reported figure.

Where a game account is actioned by the publisher as a result of an order delivered by Pairly, Pairly accepts responsibility for that outcome and will agree remedy with you. Pairly does not control publisher enforcement and does not represent that an order carries no risk of publisher action.

4. Pricing, Payments, Discounts, and Loyalty

Prices, currencies, and final payable amounts are shown before confirmation. Payment processing is performed by configured third-party providers.

Pairly stores operational payment metadata (for example transaction identifiers and status updates) for fulfillment, accounting, support, chargeback handling, and fraud prevention.

Discount codes, first-order mechanics, and loyalty benefits are conditional and may be refused, reversed, or deactivated in cases of misuse, abuse, technical error, or compliance risk.

A compensation voucher is a personal code bound to your account. It takes a fixed sum off one future order in the currency it was issued in, carries no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Checkout refuses it on an order it would take to zero or below, so it has to be spent on an order larger than the voucher itself.

5. Duo Finder Features

Duo Finder allows users to create public matchmaking posts and profile details such as server, language, rank, lane, champion preferences, voice chat flag, and optional descriptions.

You are responsible for accuracy and legality of submitted Duo Finder content, linked gaming profile data, and all interactions started through matchmaking entries.

Duo Finder posts may be updated, expired, hidden, or removed automatically or by moderation systems to maintain quality, safety, or technical reliability.

6. Discord Integrations and External Systems

Certain services may integrate with Discord for account linking, delivery coordination, notification, and order-support channels. Availability depends on external platform uptime and permissions.

Pairly may create, update, or remove integration-related resources (including temporary channels or links) when needed for order delivery, security, moderation, or cleanup.

You must follow Discord rules and any connected platform terms while using integrated features through Pairly.

7. User Content, Reviews, and Communication Standards

Users may submit content including profile descriptions, order notes, chat messages, and reviews. You confirm you have rights to submit this content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Prohibited behavior includes harassment, hate speech, threats, fraud, impersonation, spam, malicious links, and attempts to bypass payment, security, or moderation controls.

Pairly may edit visibility, restrict distribution, remove content, or apply account-level enforcement where abuse or policy breaches are detected.

8. Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals

Pairly operates moderation systems for reviews, chat logs, and Duo Finder content to protect users and service quality.

Enforcement may include warnings, temporary restrictions, content removal, feature-level blocks, or permanent account actions depending on severity and repetition.

If you believe an action was incorrect, you may contact support with identifiers and context for review.

9. Availability, Changes, and Technical Limits

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, instant processing, or permanent feature availability.

We may update, refactor, replace, suspend, or retire features, APIs, and integrations to improve security, performance, legal compliance, or product quality.

Temporary failures caused by third-party providers, infrastructure incidents, maintenance windows, or anti-abuse controls do not create automatic entitlement to compensation unless required by law.

10. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to platform use.

Total liability for direct claims is limited to amounts paid for the specific service directly related to the claim, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory rights.

11. Governing Rules and Contact

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law of the operator's registered jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
