When a booster takes your order, Pairly opens a private voice channel for it on our Discord server and sends you both the link. Only you, your booster and Pairly staff can see it. Join, press Share Your Screen, pick the game window and queue up. Link your Discord account to Pairly first, since that is how the channel lets you in. It closes when the order is completed.

Start time depends on your rank, region and the available booster. Check with support before paying if you need a specific start time. Express Priority raises assignment priority; your dashboard shows when a booster claims the order.

Nobody else touches your account. You play every game yourself and only share your screen, so you never give us a login. The Discord channel is private to you, your booster and Pairly staff, and it closes when the order is completed.

Not on Coaching. You play and the booster watches your screen share, so the whole session is about your own decisions. If you want the booster in your lobby, order Duo Games instead.

Yes. Tap the heart on a booster's profile to save them as a favourite. When you fill in the account details for your next order, the "Request a booster" field lists your favourites first. The order is held for the booster you pick until they accept it.

Role preferences and up to 6 agents are free. Enable "Choose your Roles" or "Choose your Agents" in the order summary. Your booster follows these preferences when the agent is available and the team composition allows.

Your order page shows status, booster chat and available match history. During an active order, Pairly checks your account every two minutes while new games are coming in, and less often, up to once an hour, while it is idle; Riot API availability can delay an update. Rank-based orders also show RR progress. Leveling and mastery orders track their own targets rather than a ranked climb.

Message your booster from the order chat and pause it — a paused order stops immediately and nothing further is played on the account. Changes to rank targets or add-ons after work has started are handled case by case by support, and unstarted orders are refunded in full.
